Malcolm was employed in the motor trade from the age of 21, becoming a car salesman in 1983, and finally retiring in 2013.
Malcolm passed his advanced test 36 years ago, having felt the need to improve his driving ability and knowledge. Having joined IAM Lincolnshire and undertaking a 3 yearly assessment, Malcolm became an observer in early 2022.
Malcolm finds observing both enjoyable and fulfilling.
